Entirely built in stainless steel, with a working capacity of kg/h 150/400. Vertical axle agitator finishing with thrust Archimedean screw to favour the pump feeding, driven by an electric motor with a 20 rev/min circa motor-reducer. Stainless steel lobe pump with a capacity of kg 10/min at 10 bar pressure. Pump movement group constituted by 3 hp electric motor with gear motor-reducer and continuous motor-variator from 79 to 450 rev/min. Homogenization head with continuous regulation up to 10 bar pressure. Stainless steel piping range with three way tap for the eventual product recycling and to allow the washing and the cleaning to a sanitary level of the closed circuit machine.
Hopper of the machinery is able to contain ricotta coming from one flocculator with a.m. mentioned.
Hopper will closed completely to be arranged with automatic CIP cleaning, by means of total modulating cover through with panel made of stainless steel AISI304L. Completely openable on the side and complete of safety proximities assembled in the general panel of control (to stop machinery if some someone is open during working).
Covers are assembled, through a special structure made of in stainless steel AISI304L according machine structural characteristics
ADVANTAGES
Better return of the treated product because of the possibility that the machine offers of making the product more moist. Longer lasting product (in the case of ricotta cheese up to 25 days or more according to customer technology ) because of the lack of synaeresis, since homogenization impedes the loss of the whey part that, as it is known, is what causes synaeresis. Possibility of perfectly mixing products also of different specific weight and of different viscosity without causing their successive separation. Perfect sterilization of the machine at the end of the operation, with the possibility of total discharge of the washing solutions.
